Our Team

Brent & Maribeth Boshart

Pastor

Brent, along with his wife, Maribeth have had a long history here at Milverton Christian Fellowship! Most recently, Brent has been serving as an Elder on our Leadership Team, while Maribeth has been heavily involved with the Youth and Young Adults. In addition, they have served in many other areas, including Finance and Worship. Brent enjoys his small hobby farm and studying astronomy, while Maribeth is passionate about quilting! They are also loving and dedicated parents and grandparents. MCF is thankful that Brent received and answered the call to lead Milverton Christian Fellowship, as Lead Pastor, into a new season of bringing hope and the gospel to our local community.

Carrie Schultz

Secretary

Carrie is the Administrator at MCF.  She has enjoyed getting to know the people in the community through this role.  Carrie is passionate about helping where she can and loves to be of service. Carrie is married to Mike and has two children, Abby and Nickson.

Nate Weber

Sr. Youth Pastor

Nate pastors the Sr. Youth at MCF, using his many experiences to enrich his teaching and care for our youth. Nate has spent time working as a travelling acrobatic performer with an entertainment group and has also attended the Catch the Fire School of Ministry, where he has learned to minister the Father’s love to people from all over the world. Nate’s passion is to see the transformative power of the Holy Spirit at work in our young people.

MCF is privileged to have Nate walk alongside our youth as they grow in their unique gifts and as they develop their walk with the Lord.

Adam & Sarah Weber

Jr Youth Pastor

Adam leads the Jr. Youth program at MCF with the help of his wife Sarah. When he is not planning fun things for the youth, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and loves playing sports as he runs the church hockey team. The youth program involves kids from the community and the surrounding area. Adam is passionate about teaching the younger generation to hear the voice of God and to help them build their own relationship with God.

MCF is blessed to have Adam and Sarah leading the Jr. Youth Program for the community.

Statement of faith

  • WE BELIEVE there is one God who lives forever in three persons; the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matt. 28:19)
  • WE BELIEVE that the Bible is God’s Word to the world, speaking to us with authority and without error. (2 Tim. 3:16-17)
  • WE BELIEVE in the divinity of Jesus Christ the Son, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death for us on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father, and His personal, physical return to rule the earth in power and love.
(Jn. 1:14-18; 1 Thess. 4:16-18)
  • WE BELIEVE that the primary purpose for Jesus Christ’s life on earth was to fully reveal the love of God the Father for the people of this world through His ministry, life, death on the cross and resurrection. (Jn 3:16; Jn 5:19-20)
  • WE BELIEVE that all mankind is lost in sin and needs to turn from it and trust personally in the Saviour, Jesus Christ; all need to be born anew by the Holy Spirit’s power into God’s family. (Eph. 2:1-10; Jn. 3:5-7)
  • WE BELIEVE the Holy Spirit lives in us as believers and brings love, joy, peace,
patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control into our lives. He works in and through us with His charismatic gifts. (Gal. 5:22-23; 1Cor. 12:7-11)
  • WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of every person; to eternal life for the believer and
eternal punishment for the unbeliever. (Matt. 25:31-46, Rev. 20:10-15, Matt. 7:21-23)
  • WE BELIEVE in unity for all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and seek community
together. We want to become more like Him in every way, who is the head of His body, the Church. We are called to love Him and one another and are enabled to do this only as His life flows in and through us. (1 Cor. 12:12-13; Matt. 22:37-40)
  • WE BELIEVE that marriage is the basic human relationship between one man and one woman, and as such is intended to reflect the relationship between Jesus Christ the Bridegroom and His bride the church (Gen 2:18-25, Eph 5:25-32)

Commitment to Safety

Plan To Protect
The safety of our youth, elderly and anyone considered vulnerable is of utmost importance to us at MCF. As a result, we have adopted a strategy to protect these individuals called our Plan to Protect.

All workers volunteering with youth 18 and under are taught the Plan to Protect and must have a completed police check on file.
